Daily Duties at Bmw:
• Analyzed the Business Requirements, Created System proposals, Designed, Coded, Unit Tested and Implemented a full life cycle development project – The International Finance Template Project (IFT) – the purpose of which is to have the National Sales Companies worldwide run a standardized financial application; • Modified the process of payment of Sales allowances as well as Service Loaner subsidy payments; • Created automatic batch processes for establishing accruals for Cash and Owner Loyalty as well as Service Loaner Incentives; • Created a batch driver process to handle the triggering of data elements required by the IFT system; • Met with users to develop business/ system requirements, developed system test plans; • Worked on Parameter Access Project which handles how the trigger process functions will access the parameter tables defined in the IFT project; Coded working storage and procedure division copy books that define variables and internal tables of parameters in the driver program, load parameter tables into working storage internal tables of the driver program, as well as search internal tables to find a match and store the values found in the internal tables; • Promoted all new and modified components to UAT and closely worked with system testers to validate all conditions; • Analyzed the Business Requirements, Created System proposals, Designed, Coded and Unit Tested, Documented all work done using Word, Excel, and Flowcharts.
