Director of Operations and Country Manager for NCL Holdings, Kabul, Afghanistan, serving simultaneously in both capacities. Managed all aspects of Private Security Company operations in country including Static, Roving, PSD, and Convoy security for Private Company, DOS and DOD contracts throughout Afghanistan.
