Daily Duties at Advanced Field Services:
Responsible for management of HR and Accounting departments, including hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies. Administered payroll for multi-states, including state and federal tax deposits and reporting. Directed the financial affairs of the organization and prepared financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management. Developed and implemented accounting policies and practices.
