- Coordinated and supervised medical and administrative activities for 43-bed multi-service surgical ward - Briefed upper-level management, created and implemented department-level policies - Counseled, advised, trained and evaluated 40 medical and support staff in all aspects of patient care to include medical therapies, patient teaching, documentation, quality assurance, customer satisfaction and operational readiness
