• Served as the lead project contact for a medical research information software system on multiple projects. • Managed a team of 4-6 Project Managers • Interviewed candidates for employment • Create and executed project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Manage multiple projects through Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Life Cycle within set timeline, resources and budget. • Held regular status meetings with project team and daily burn downs. • Effectively communicated relevant project information to superiors. • Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations. • Communicated effectively with clients to identify needs, updates, and evaluate alternative business solutions. • Continually sought opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
