Independent Contractor Work Values

Daily Duties at Independent Contractor:

• Review all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. 
 • Maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. • Also I ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable • Manage multiple projects through Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Life Cycle within set timeline, resources and budget.
 • Held regular status meetings with project team 
 • Coordinate project activities and schedules
 • Responsible for all communications, conflict resolution, compliance, deliverables and capital and expense reports. 
 • Build relationships with vendors to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
 • Maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. 
 • Make sure project document are complete, current, and stored appropriately
 • Working on multiple projects, such as moving and building new facilities, new software for the judicial court system
