Daily Duties at Premier Tours:
I am the West coast Travel Director and I call on as well as meet with GM and CEO's of TV and Radio Stations and sell them custom designed incentive trips for there advertisers. I find out how many people, possible locations they would like to travel to( Italy, Greece, Ireland, Etc...) what activities ( wine tasting, golf, tours etc..) and their budget per person. I then work with our vendors and create 3 custom trips for them to three different places and sell them on what trip they prefer and make any changes necessary. These trips can range from $65,000 to $300,0000 for the group rate. It's a longer sale but pays off at the end. I also go with my stations and their clients on these trips, setting up all the special dinners and activities, tours, special pillow gifts, and act as their tour guide in a way. We do everything so all the stations have to do is enjoy themselves.
