Daily Duties at Tokio Marine Management, Inc.:
Perform IT Audit and Accounting functions for the IT department of an international insurance company, including first year JSOX compliance/audit tasks, data reconciliations, and security reviews/audits. Lead11 Managers in IT Departmental Forecasting of Expenses and year end Budgeting. Maintain supporting books and records of the IT Department, balancing and reconciling them monthly to the company's primary Financial books and records, including determination of accounting treatment of purchases. Requires heavy advanced use of Excel 2007. Audit User Access, using Excel for analysis, to ensure that all users are identifiable as either company employees or legitimate non-employee contractors. Publish weekly financial reports to guide spending within Budget guidelines. Budgets were from $28Million to $30Million.
