Daily Duties at Ibm:

• Manager of performance, training and development of IT team, with emphasis on executive support. • Responsible for effective communication and alignment of individual & business goals • Project manager - provided project proposals, project timeline assessments and communication of project status to upper management and the business. Such projects included PC refresh (consisting of 3000+ employees), as well as Printer refresh for all customer locations in the US. (1000+ network printers) • Liaison between multiple customers and internal IT group. • Supported customer environments consisting of Windows 2000 and 2003 Servers running Active Directory, SQL, IIS, etc. • Windows 2000/XP end user workstations (over 1500 users nationwide). • Responsible for desktop and laptop support. • Asset Management and Procurement monitoring and tracking through use of set applications. • Troubleshooting and repairing of various servers and workstations. • Training and Stakeholder Communication.
