Daily Duties at 7th Heaven Yoga And Wellness Center :
I was the director of the center which included staff and IC management, talent recruitment, program development and direction and P&L control. I over saw 40+ independent contractors, 8 staff and countless workshop presenters over the years. I also found and managed renters in the space and created cross marketing opportunities for them in the community. I spear headed a local business discount program that lead to companies like Bayer Pharmaceuticals and others to pay for their staff to attend our classes.
