Daily Duties at Computer Associates, International:
Testing, support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and administration of software developed by Computer Associates for use with NetWare 3x, 4x, 5x and Windows NT in the enterprise. Working with Fortune 500 customers to resolve software issues in Lab configurations and on actual networks from offsite locations in Ethernet, and Fibre Channel environments. Performed disaster recovery with Arcserve for NetWare/NT, and all agents. Configured Alert notification, Push Agent data transfer, and HSM for near line archiving various media.
