Cradle-to-grave client management. Work with company energy audits to establish a proven financial plan to replace/repair all plant equipment to make the project the most energy efficient it can be. Work with design engineers, budgeting, schedule, define deliverables and make risk assements. Monitor productivity and review subcontract performance.
