Allocated and approved funding to purchase supplies and equipment on a daily basis. 5. Managed personnel and facilities. 6. Evaluated the financial status and project feasibility to report to investigators and management. This resulted in decisions to add and/or eliminate projects. 7. Trained technicians in biochemical and cellular techniques, animal studies and computer modeling of proteins.
