Daily Duties at Texas Power Systems:

Supported 600 work stations for Caterpillar engine plant. IT Specialist for Windows XP and Windows 7, printers, desktops, and proprietary software for assembly and test machines. Performed cabling, racking, assembly of racks and PC hardware, install drives replace components such as power supplies. Provided basic training to users and technicians on Microsoft Office, Windows 7, smartphones - 90% iPhone, and phone systems.
