Charged with creating and implementing helpdesk for all South Texas ROI plants. Maintained average ticket resolution time of less than two hours. Administered new user accounts for all plant systems. Responded immediately to automated system alerts and restored outages. Performed network printer support and troubleshooting. Created, tested and monitored backup jobs and system documentation including creation of in-house knowledgebase articles and IT documentations. Managed entirety of IT equipment purchases and distribution.
