Daily Duties at Texas Power Systems:

Manage daily changes for phone systems for four different facilities. Oversee daily activities and ticket assignments for 6 TPS IT Specialists, as well as, all Systems Administrators for other ROI facilities. Exchange and Active Directory creation, deletion and maintenance of end-user accounts, distribution lists, mailbox and AD permissions across organization. Maintain IT asset records and purchase orders. Quickly and correctly diagnose issues with business critical systems for TPS / Caterpillar. Implemented and followed 5S Best Practices for all IT projects.
