Responsible for developing enterprise risk management strategy and delivering maximized returns with the Group risk appetite, working with the Group Executive Team, CROs and Heads of Risk across QBE's global operations, with $19B revenue and 16,500 employees. Directly accountable for Enterprise Risk Management across QBE Americas, with $7 billion revenue and 6,600 staff. Manage a team of 60 management, professional and support personnel. Control a $2 million budget.
