Daily Duties at Business Analyst:
Primary point of contact between cross-functional teams for delivery of IT solutions projects. Liaised with sales, marketing, IT, product development, and customers to determine project feasibility and cost effectiveness, analyze and document requirements, and guide achievement of key milestones. Facilitated product and feature development through cooperation with product management and marketing teams. Coordinated project lifecycles from planning through mock-ups, design, delivery, user acceptance testing, and customer sign-off for web services software solutions and global supply chain management solutions. Authored and maintained project documentation. Provided post-launch project support.
