Daily Duties at Isla Repossessions & Collections, Inc.:

• Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise 5+ employees; hands-on training and coach on Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, achieving monthly goals and procedures on assigning accounts for litigation • Perform all office and clerical tasks; prepare a wide variety of legal documents, forms, invoices and correspondence, such as collection notices, liens, summons for debtors • Analyze, review and refer accounts for repossession or legal action • Perform collection or repossession efforts and set up payment arrangements for complex cases • Schedule interviews and appointments; arranged meetings, business trips and conferences • Research and analyze accounts prior to contact; document collection efforts and monitor credit for marginal risk accounts • Manage the skip tracing and legal department, prepare and recommend pre-litigation claims for in-house and outside attorneys; draft, edit, revise and print collection and legal documents
