• Service & manage 6 million dollar portfolio of coca cola bottler accounts for the United States and successfully achieved above 90% on monthly goals during tough economic times • Consistently work with sales and customers to minimize delinquency and drive results • Build strong relationships within customer hierarchy to help resolve complex issue • Analyze and resolve daily customer issues and disputes • Perform financial analysis to determine risk exposure based on customer payment patterns, credit sources • Prepare monthly reports and daily status logs for management review
