Oversaw $120M division (Philadelphia and Pittsburgh branches) and contributed to RFPs for regional and national accounts. Supervised staff of 27 with 5 direct reports including Internal Sales Reps, Business Development Managers, and Account Managers. Spearheaded sales and marketing initiatives and created new brand strategies to boost private label penetration, increase market share, and achieve margin goals. Conducted annual kick-off meetings for catalog and dated product lines. Led inside/outside team account planning sessions, coordinated tradeshows and product launches, provided sales training, and facilitated local and national vendor meetings. Orchestrated national diversity and community relations activities with area organizations.
