Daily Duties at Oswego Hospital:

Responsible for 4 managers and 100 employees in maintenance and housekeeping. Real Estate assessment and development. Capitol purchase RFP's for construction/renovation projects. Emergency Preparedness Training. Participateds on Safety Committee. Interface with designers, architects and engineers on all phases of construction from concept to project completion. Responsible for facility wide security and security forces. Maintain positive interactions through excellant customer service skills to include physicains, staff, visitors and the general public. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of approximatley 550,000 square feet of facilities in 12 different locations and the maintenance of 138 acre healthcare campus. Responsible for budget and financial management of engineering, housekeeping,laundry, security and parking departments. Ensured regulatory compliance of New York State Department of Health, Joint Commission, OSHA and EPA regulations. Responsible for development and implementation of policy and procedures.Responsible for departmental saftey.
