Daily Duties at Uasi:

I managed all aspects of the Reno location, 20,000 square foot warehouse. I ran the warehouse by P&L, following an overall budget, for labor, and costs of doing business. Negotiated lease contracts, applied for business licenses, and paid the operating costs. I was over all aspects of safety and employee training for warehouse. I was in charge of all employees; I was the direct hire manager, and controlled all of the HR aspects of the business. I was responsible for the development of OSHA , Warehouse Safety best practices.
