Provided bedside HD for acute and chronic renal failure patients. Experience with equipment: Fresenius, Phoenix CRRT and Phoenix Gambro. Patients located in all ICU/CCU and inpatient units. Performed start to finish treatments working closely with multi-disciplinary teams. Expertise with access via AV fistula, temporary and permanent HD catheters. Risk factors perceived and managed accordingly. Performed start to finish treatments working closely with multi-disciplinary specialty teams. Managed treatments adjusting as needed to maintain patients outcome and provided problem solving through out treatment. Emergency treatment provided independently until physician support arrived.
