Daily Duties at Ltx Credence Corporation:

In this role I applied digital signal processing technology (DSP) to IC Functional test system applications for digital, mixed-signal and analog IC’s. Designed transmission lines into high speed test products and evaluated signal integrity options. New applications developed included circuits for precision DAC, ADC, analog filters, peak ammeters, peak voltmeters, switching power supplies, and many other mixed signal circuits. My customers target applications were high volume, electronic, functional test manufacturing systems for Digital, Analog and Mixed Signal IC applications. Revenue grew from $3M to $250M while working at LTX Corporation. I spent multiple years working on the AEG, TI, Motorola, Delco Electronics, Bosch Automotive, Fuji, and Toshiba, IC manufacturing functional test floors to resolve IC device test problems. Test programs were written in C/C++, Java, Assembly, Pascal, Extended Basic, and Visual Basic languages.
