Daily Duties at Massteck Ltd.:

I led a start-up team of marketing, and product management in the development and sale of Enterprise EDA, CAD software products. These EDA enterprise software products were FPGA simulation, HDL synthesis, as well as schematic entry and PCB layout products. Sold, specified SaaS software product services integrated into PLM, project management and work flow software. I managed the P & L and internal team of ten to create corporate, product presentations, hands on technical demonstrations, and perform competitive benchmarks at customer sites. I was instrumental in creating a successful VAR reseller channel worldwide until purchased by OrCad in 1998. I was promoted to Vice President of Marketing my last two months before company was purchased by OrCad. Key Contribution: - Led internal and external sales teams from a start of $600k to over $18M in new business accounts. - Developed key partnership relationships with complementary software products to increase sales - Created product planning for entire product line from product conception through product launch to market
