Accountable for managing over eight 800 federal law enforcement officers. Responsible for providing management oversight for over 125 security personnel. Responsible for communication with stakeholders. Responsible for communication with government, state and local law enforcement personnel. Responsible for diffusing potentially volatile security issues Responsible for conducting oral briefings to internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for coaching and mentoring subordinates to develop their strengths and career development. Responsible for addressing conflicts and disputes between internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for developing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for administering OSHA policies, procedures and programs. Responsible for security program compliance. Responsible for investigating and documenting occurrences of security program non-compliance. Responsible for incident and emergency management. Responsible for proactively analyzing staffing requirements. Responsible for providing management expertise to the Payroll department. Responsible for providing management expertise to the Human Resources department. Responsible for providing management expertise to the Scheduling department. Responsible for providing management expertise to the Training department. Responsible for developing and writing the Emergency Preparedness Plan. Responsible for critical incident planning and management. Responsible for managing the Screening of Persons through Observation Techniques. Responsible for auditing security programs. Responsible for Investigations of harassment and off duty misconduct and violations of the law.
