Daily Duties at Belk Inc:
Responsible for the store's overall performance in execution of sales and profit, Provide day-to-day team leadership and develop employees to their maximum potential, Support the store team in achieving operational goals, responsible for hiring, coaching and training associates. Assigned to various departments within the store to help associates achieve personal and store goals, provide excellent customer service and efficiently execute store events
