- Lead Global Development (EMEA and Central America) for the organization - Interface with Customers regarding the status of the development and their requirement - Present progress status to leadership on regular bases - Hold regular Team Meetings and Design Reviews - Key member of the Process Improvement team - Manage programs Budget and Schedule (Earned Value) - Work daily and closely with all functions (Engineering, Quality, Radiation and Safety, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Transportation, Supply Chain, Import/Export Offices, and Service) in support of meeting customer's requirement as per schedule - Cost Improvement ideas implementation
