Provided assessments, identified gaps, defined requirements, designed solutions, worked with vendors, created bill-of-materials, and captured costs. Provided technical responses to RFI and RFPs. Strategically and tactically setup plans that enabled goals to be exceeded. Lead the administration, support, and maintenance within LAN/MAN/WANs environments for TDM voice/VoIP/Video and data infrastructure projects including customer premises, data centers, POPs, and central offices across the United States. Trained employees on VoIP, data products, and service offerings. Collaborated with internal departments, vendors, and provided timely reports to key stakeholders. Maintained facilities to included Automatic Transfer Switches, generators, UPS, rectifiers, and battery plants.
