Developed processes and standards that governed Ethernet and IP based solutions. Managed a team who were responsible for responding to RFP/RFI/RFQs. Team collaborated with customers, account executives, sales engineering, solutions engineering, vendors, core engineers and operations to create conceptual network designs that were converted into actual, physical designs. Team collaborated with legal, product development, and core engineers to ensure that unique service level agreements and objectives from clients could be met. Team ensured that all costs for standard and non-standard IP and data services were identified for use in analyzing the profitability of each deal.
