Daily Duties at Telamon Corp.:
• Manage on multiple projects in healthcare, IT and data indexing areas. Develop project plans with requirements, tasks, resources, timelines, and budget, which enable management and development teams to work more smoothly and consistently • Act as liaison between clients and development teams. Communicate with clients to understand their business objectives, analyze feasibility of the requests, and compile training guides to train teams. • Provide technical support to company’s internal systems, such as DocXtract systems, CRM platform, BPO Reporting System, etc • Extract analytical data from development team’s reports; cooperate with senior executives to develop strategic plans which boost the monthly transactions
