Responsible for the creation of the annual operating budget and the monthly six month operating forecasts, report the material variances on monthly and quarterly results vs budget, prior year, and flash to senior unit and corporate management, contract liaison with contracts department of corporate legal on our unit customer and vendor contracts, collection of the units accounts receivable, determine the credit terms of customers, manage the accounting close with the staff accountant at the corporate accounting center. and assisted with the creation of the annual budget and monthly 6 month operating forecasts for Harte-Hanks Brazil unit and reviewing the monthly close results for any material variances before closing the Brazil unit books
