Motivated, coached, supervised and evaluated 35 personnel comprising assistant managers and administrative coordinators. Developed $3m annual budget, generated management reports, monitored goals progress and resolved customer issues. Reviewed expense General Ledger, loan statements, work queue, delinquency, and charge-off reports. Monitored over 630,000 accounts and maintained communication with senior management, board members and attorneys. Coordinated operational efficiencies by examining and refining lending policy.
