Daily Duties at Hewitt Associates:

Managed internal issue resolution surrounding Total Benefit Administration product for client service teams (directly supporting clients). Researched issues, assessed strengths of internal onshore and offshore development/testing teams, and assigned work. Clients included Siemens, Best Buy, AT&T, Intel, Disney, Goldman Sachs, Caterpillar, etc. • Provided SDLC support regarding existing functionality for client teams and other business units within Health Management, Defined Benefits, and Defined Contributions administration areas of the firm. • Created & designed new functionality, developed business requirements and technical specifications surrounding fixes, upgrades, enhancements, and new functionalities. • Coordinated multiple mini-projects to ensure they were completed on-time, efficiently and didn’t conflict with other projects; determined timelines, assigned roles within the mini-projects. • Partnered with client service teams and key IT personnel to determine project goals and roadmaps; authored requirements, specifications, milestones, and technical benchmarks. • Liaised with client service teams, onshore/offshore development and testing teams, monitored status of efforts and generated appropriate customer service and management reports. • Directed/oversaw testing of new code; maintained demanding standards. • Provided support for Web Support team on a regular basis.
