Daily Duties at Target:

• Main responsibilities are o Assist guests with any questions o Provide backup for any team members that need help o Make sure the shelves are stocked and are zoned properly • I have proactively sought new areas to learn so I can be more available to assist leadership and my other team members. Examples of what I was able to do… o Backup and cover shifts for Guest Services and Photo departments o Do Ad setup and takedown o Backup and cover shifts for Backroom (warehouse) so I can do pulls and restocking. o Backup and cover shifts for the Guest Services Team Leader o Work Deli and Meat Department o Work Food Avenue

Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
