Daily Duties at Zoll Medical Corp.:
•Provides assistance in reportable investigations involving customer returned product and no sample returns, assesses risks of product failures and recommends corrective actions • Interfaces with other departments as necessary to implement corrective actions. Leads product quality investigations to successful completions • Collects, analyzes, trends and disseminates quality data throughout the organization • Participates in Engineering Change Order review process • Ensures daily procedures and work instructions are in accordance with established policies, standard operating procedures, ISO 13485 and FDA’s QSR • Communicates dynamically with all facets of ZOLL to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of
