ALLOY MULTIMEDIA Administered all aspects of strategic planning, program development, human resources, and technology infrastructure of this publisher. Directed all financials, including budgets, expenses, reporting and compliance factors. Defined business strategies based on in-depth studies of educational policies (NCLB, and Race to the Top, among others) and existing local, state and federal funding. Conducted extensive research and analysis on market needs, pedagogical trends, and demographics to develop products. Chief leadership and oversight of the successful planning and development of ESL ReadingSmart and ReadingMate, the company’s flagship programs. Served as a representative for the organization while attending educational conferences, trade shows, professional and business associations, and community services.
