Directed all Transport and Switch Engineers supporting customeres throughout th USA. Esccued the RFP, Technical designas an dimplementation of the first and largest fiber optic network in 26,000 miles of network growth exceeding $825M intrducing 50 locations Directed bid negotiations for two addition new optic networks for specific customers
