Developed ISO compliant quality system with all WI, SOP and documentation, managed QA & QC monitoring daily quality of compounding as well as production process quality, developed acrylic foam formulations to meet specific requrements or cost savings, purchased all chemicals for plant, Co-managed the production department with the facilities engineer-I handled part of daily management and all hiring & firing (about 40 line level partners)
