•Assisted in development and implemented the district’s Program Management (PMO) Strategy Framework. •Assisted the areas of Financial Services, Technology Services, Auxiliary Services, Construction Services, and Business Operations and Total Rewards with operational and strategic planning including the development of performance metrics and operational performance metrics for the District’s Balanced Scorecard. •Provided department and cross-functional group training session on performance metric development, continuous improvement process, and Balanced Scorecard concepts including strategy map development •Provided strategic management of department Six Sigma projects. •Monitored District projects with budgets exceeding $100,000. •Developed and delivered district-wide project management training through the District’s Professional Development Department.
