Enterprise Email Operations at Capital One Sept. 2011 - Present Process Project Manager – Contractor Richmond, VA. •Documented and managed existing waiver process for enterprise e-mail team. •Facilitated e-mail waiver process. •Use Clarity Project Management Tool as Backup Backlog Manager for email operations, As Email Project Manager in Other Work and as Project Manager. •Implement new Alert Messages via D-Messaging Alerts Agile POD •Create Clarity Work requests for various Lines of Business •Assisted in the re-writing of the Digital Messaging Standards for 2012-2013 •Created and implemented departmental process of the review of Official Record Type records, eliminated backlog and implemented quarterly review to keep department current with compliance requirements •Manage Alert type message implementation and updates end-to-end process •Participate in production release and release calls for new and existing alerts •Work with Digital Analytics to automate Email Hygiene Dashboard •Work with Digital Analytics to generate Email Hygiene reports •Validate Email Hygiene Reports data •Participate in D-Messaging Alerts POD Grooming and estimation sessions •Assisted in the validation of existing Event Based Messages and Email Campaign suppression requirements in advance of DMS rollout •Participated in redefining the Email Hygiene Dashboard •Submitted request to Digital Analytics for reports and report automation •Served as Email Project Manager for email creative builds
