Daily Duties at Severn Savings Bank:
Maintained a high level of accuracy and keen attention to detail in developing annual commercial real estate loan review presentations. An annual review consist of a 4-5 page written analysis of the loan’s real estate collateral picture, cash flow coverage, guarantors’ financial position, along with supporting charts, corporate and personal spreads. Annual reviews were prepared for borrowers with total loan(s) balances of $1M and above. Once completed the review was delivered orally during weekly Loan Committee meetings to obtain committee approval. Wrote and prepared weekly Officer Loan Committee minutes for Senior Management. Monitored and updated Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC), verifying that the property’s current value was sufficient to cover the 1st DOT, and the HELOC commitment amount. Prepared monthly Excel spread sheet of borrowers with loan(s) totaling $1M and above.
