Staff Coaching: Worked with junior technical staff to develop and implement improved PC lock downs. Systems Integration: Integrated Windows 2000/XP and 2000 Server into Novell NDS infrastructure. Network Management: Implemented Novell Zenworks to manage Windows workstations, GPO's, and accounts. Project Team Member: Highly successful network, server, application, and data migration upgrade of Library management system for Riverside Public Library.
