Daily Duties at Period Of Unemployment:

Due to recession period, Always at Auction was making cutbacks throughout the company. I was asked to make cuts in my dept. and with my team being hourly staff members I decided to cut myself, due to being salaried, to prevent any of my team members from being cut. During the time I was with Always at Auction, I was the primary care giver for my mother who had numerous health issues. She passed away in March of 2011. She and I were very close and her loss really took a toll. When requested to make staffing cuts, I took it so it would give me time to heal and regain my footing in leiu of reducing my staff.
