Daily Duties at Always At Auction:
Recruited team members to add to existing team to provide a quality customer service experience for all customers who made auction purchases from the 15 plus sites we facilitated. Designed and implemented new policies and procedures to ensure a more functional customer service department which encompassed incoming and outgoing calls as well as email correspondence.
