Managing the daily operations and future operations of the Charter program. Responsibilites included securing Landing Rights at all cities flown into as well as securing ground handlers and staffing for below and above wing operations. We served international markets as well for Peppermill Casino and Club Med. Worked directly with ground handling operations in international markets to ensure all services went according to regulations outlined by TSA, CBP and Customs requirments were met to coincide with regulations of entry into international port.
