Daily Duties at Velio Communications, Inc.:
Establish a Systems Engineering department by defining roles and responsibilities, staffing, and guiding the day to day operation of the department. Also responsible for establishing the engineering lab. Defined lab requirements from flooring, lighting, air flow, bench layout, test equipment selection, wrote test procedures and trained staff on proper lab practices. Managed team of internal and Rep / Disti FAEs with metric assignments and targeted customer lists.
