Emergency out-patient triage, critical care, surgical preparation of companion animals. High level training in Anesthesia, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Radiology and Veterinary Science. Client relationship management in emotional volatile situations. Presentation of estimates for various care scenarios to fit client's budget. Client counseling upon discharge from hospital and through difficult emotional decisions.
