Manage successful $550,000+ insurance agency book of business with over 900 policies. Coach and develop employees and new agents in sales of various insurance products, customer service and agency management. Create personalized insurance programs after interviewing prospective clients to obtain appropriate data about their needs, financial resources and the physical condition of the persons and properties to be insured. Evaluate clients insurance portfolios and consult on coverage based on their goals, concerns and financial needs. Mediate between clients, underwriting, claims assessors and the insurance companies to bring resolution to conflicts and concerns. Demonstrated an unwavering commitment to customer service adding new clients while maintaining excellent customer service levels for existing clients.
